Good to know

Do I need a gym membership? +
No. Your programme is built around the equipment you actually have — full commercial gym, home setup, or even just a hotel room while travelling. The plan adapts to you.
I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me? +
Absolutely. Every programme starts from your real ability and builds carefully. Coming back from injury or never having trained seriously before is exactly where good coaching matters most.
How is the coaching delivered? +
Through a dedicated coaching app where you'll see every session, log your training, watch technique videos and message me directly. In-person sessions are available on the Hybrid plan.
Is there a long contract? +
No long lock-ins. Coaching works best as an ongoing relationship, but you're free to pause or stop. I'd rather you stay because it's working, not because you're trapped.
